Yixin holds a Master of Economic Law (Commercial Law) from East China University of Political Science and Law. She has passed the PRC legal practice qualification and the PRC securities professional qualification, and brings a financial-accounting foundation to her practice. Her practice focuses on immigration law, corporate law, and securities law. Before joining the firm, she gained substantive work and internship experience at foreign-invested enterprises and PRC law firms.
