Information we collect
When you contact us through the website (evaluation form, consultation request, or email), we collect the information you provide — typically name, email, phone, preferred language, and the case-related details you share. We may also collect basic technical information your browser sends with each request (IP address, user-agent string).
How we use your information
We use the information you submit only to evaluate your inquiry, to respond to you, and to administer the engagement if you become a client. We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising. Our intake mailbox is hosted on Microsoft 365; submissions are routed there for attorney review.
Confidentiality
Information you submit through intake forms is treated as confidential within the firm. Submitting an intake form does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship; that relationship is formed only by a written engagement agreement signed by both parties.
Third parties
Our website is hosted on Vercel; our case-management database is hosted on Supabase; transactional email runs through Microsoft Graph. These vendors process information on our behalf under their own privacy commitments.
Retention
We retain submitted information for as long as it is needed to evaluate or service your matter, plus an additional period required by professional-conduct and tax-record-retention rules.
Your choices
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have shared with us, contact the firm directly at the email or phone number listed on our Contact page. We will respond as required by applicable law.

For privacy-related questions, please contact the firm using the address, phone, and email on our Contact page.
