Wenyu Lai

Wenyu is admitted in New York and practices in the firm's New York office. She focuses on business immigration, including EB-1A and NIW extraordinary-ability green cards, EB-1C multinational executive green cards, and L-1, H-1B, and O-1 work visas. Her broader practice has included trust and estate planning for high-net-worth clients, mergers and acquisitions, and international tax planning, giving her a comprehensive view of the matters that affect HNW families. Wenyu is a graduate of National Taiwan University Law School and earned an LLM in International Tax from NYU School of Law.
