Sophie Zhang is one of the founding partners of the firm. Her practice areas include various types of immigration matters, trusts and family wealth succession planning, family law, real estate transactions, corporate law, and related matters.
Sophie Zhang has extensive experience representing clients in investment immigration, EB-1A extraordinary ability petitions, NIW petitions, L-1 visas and EB-1C multinational manager green card applications, EB-2/EB-3 green card and PERM labor certification applications, H-1B and O-1 work visas, E-2 investor visas, and other immigration matters. She has also been designated as counsel by multiple immigration agencies and regional centers.
Sophie Zhang also has substantial resources and experience advising high-net-worth families on U.S. investment and private school applications for their children.
Sophie Zhang graduated from Columbia Law School. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and Invest in the USA (IIUSA).
