Priscilla Yeh focuses primarily on U.S. immigration matters, including various types of nonimmigrant visas (F, H, J, K, L, M, O, P, T, and U visas), family-based immigration matters, family-based green cards, reentry permits, waivers, business immigration matters (EB-1, EB-2, and EB-5), asylum, removal proceedings, naturalization, and citizenship.
Priscilla Yeh graduated from the Department of Law at Soochow University in Taiwan and the University of Pennsylvania Law School in the United States. In addition to her legal background, she also studied at the Graduate Institute of Technology Management and Intellectual Property at National Chengchi University in Taiwan.
With her educational background in both Taiwan and the United States, Priscilla Yeh is able to better understand cross-cultural differences and assist Asian clients in immigrating to the United States through various pathways.
Priscilla Yeh is licensed to practice law in the State of New York and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She was selected to the 2024 Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list.
