Min Xu is a senior attorney in the firm’s Shanghai office. She has extensive experience in business immigration, extraordinary ability petitions, and multinational manager/executive visa matters.
Before joining the firm, Min Xu served as a clerk intern at the Haidian District People’s Court in Beijing.
Min Xu holds a Master of Laws degree from China University of Political Science and Law and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Nanchang University. She is licensed to practice law in China.
