Jaci Chen is admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey. She earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law.

Jaci Chen focuses her practice on business immigration matters, with deep expertise in complex case analysis and emerging immigration policy issues. Her well-rounded experience spans multiple core areas of immigration law, including comparative legal research and asylum law. Prior to joining the firm, Jaci Chen served in the financial services law department of a Top 60 U.S. law firm, where she gained substantive experience in commercial legal practice.

Drawing on her diverse background in immigration law, cross-disciplinary practical experience, and keen policy insight, Jaci Chen is dedicated to providing clients with forward-looking and comprehensive immigration solutions.
