TN USMCA Professionals

The TN classification allows qualified Canadian and Mexican citizens to work temporarily in the United States in designated professional occupations under the USMCA. Applicants must have a prearranged professional position, meet the specific education or experience requirements for the selected occupation, and present documentation showing that the offered role fits the applicable TN category. Canadian citizens may generally apply for TN status at a U.S. port of entry, while Mexican citizens must first obtain a TN visa through a U.S. embassy or consulate.
