Ms. M. moved to the U.S. as a senior manager when her China-based parent company opened its U.S. subsidiary. We acted as immigration counsel for the company throughout the lifecycle: drafting the New Office L-1A package (business plan, investment plan, financial controls, hiring strategy, U.S. organizational structure), then handling the extension.
